On Tuesday afternoon the Cafe played host to 25 volunteers and friends of the Beacon Appeal. They enjoyed Afternoon Tea consisting of a selection of Finger Sandwiches, Scones with Clotted Cream and Raspberry Conserve, Berry Tartlets, individual Raspberry and Lemon Cakes and Chocolate Brownies. Afternoon Tea will become a regular occurrence in the Cafe so look here for further details.
